Gloucester Builders Inc was incorporated in Massachusetts in 1985 and has operated from Charlestown ever since. Patrick Brady owns and leads the firm, and a principal stays on every job from pricing through punch list. Most of our work comes from clients who have hired us before — the universities, labs, hospitals, and property owners of Greater Boston.

Occupied buildings
Much of our work happens in buildings that stay open — labs mid‑experiment, clinics mid‑appointment. We sequence around the people using them.
In‑house woodwork
The Joinery Shop, our architectural woodworking arm, builds the cabinetry, doors, and millwork our projects call for.
